Scallop and shrimp ceviche with avocado, yellow bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, orange and lime juice with corn tortillas

Salad Appetizer
Mixed green salad with blood orange tarragon vinaigrette, roasted beets, blue cheese,
crispy speck, blood orange segments, fried beet garnish

Hot Appetizer
Lamb larb pierogi: pretzel dough with lamb larb filling and a sweet asian dipping sauce (2 each)

Main Course
Smoked and slow cooked brisket, roasted carrots, white chocolate mashed potato, rosemary demi glaze

Shortbread with mascarpone ice cream, cocoa nibs, espresso and bourbon glaze, and bacon cherry jam
